1. Tickets are 50% Refundable & transferable & valid on the date of issue for one time entry only. If the ticket is altered/tampered or exchanged it would be cancelled.   2. It may be possible that one or more activity may not be operational for reasons beyond our control, we request you to bear with us and enjoy other activities instead. No refund will be made under such circumstances.   3. Bringing food, alcohol or other beverages from outside into "AYUSHI TOUR AND TRAVELS" is strictly prohibited.   4. "AYUSHI TOUR AND TRAVELS" management reserves the right to deny admission or ask a person already admitted to leave the premises, for failure to comply with any of the rules or for un-safe, illegal or offensive behaviour.   5. A person under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted inside the "AYUSHI TOUR AND TRAVELS".   6. Expectant Mothers, Individuals with heart conditions, nervous disorder, blood pressure and neck or back injuries should not use the activities.   7. Height & Weight regulations to be followed as per safety norms of each activity.   8. Certain dresses worn by the visitors such as Lungies, sarees & skirts etc are not suitable on certain activities due to safety and security reasons. Visitors wearing such dresses will not be allowed on those activities.   9. The guest is requested to take care of their belongings. The management will not be responsible for any loss of articles.   10. Weapons & pets are not allowed inside the premises of "AYUSHI TOUR AND TRAVELS".   11. Entry to "AYUSHI TOUR AND TRAVELS" will close one hour before the closing time .   12. Buying the Ticket implies guest's acceptance and adherence to above mentioned rules & regulations.   13. Activities would be suspended during rain, earthquake, thunderstorm etc. due to safety reasons. No refund will be made under such circumstance.   14. Events, Rates and timing are subjected to change without prior notice.   15. Difference in the rates (if any) has to be borne by the customer.   16. Participate to avail activities at their own risk and management of the " AYUSHI TOUR AND TRAVELS " take no responsibility for any injury / disability .loss of life   17. Climbing on Rocks, Jumping on rocks or entering crevices is strictly prohibited. "AYUSHI TOUR AND TRAVELS" takes no liability on any person who so ever violates this rule.
